HR-90Z Pilot test high shear dispersing emulsifier
The pilot-scale high-shear dispersing emulsifier is specially designed for pilot-scale, simulated production and small batch production in factories. The standard working head adopts the claw structure, according to different materials and process requirements, the suitable stator and rotor can be freely replaced.
1. Pilot-scale laboratory equipment with a processing capacity of 50L (H2O).
2. Only need to replace the working head, the equipment can achieve powerful mixing, dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, interception mixing, solid-liquid dispersion mixing, grinding and other functions.
3. The equipment is equipped with a high-speed frequency conversion motor, which will start when the machine is turned on to protect the equipment. The speed can be adjusted and the display can continuously work for 8 hours.
4. Dispersing head adopts quick connection mode, easy to disassemble and replace equipment, modular design, and flexible combination.
5. With cold trap one-key defrost function.
