Brief introduction

The apparatus for the determination of woven and Knitted Fabrics Abrasion resistant performance, and can also be suitable for no woven fabric. Not suitable for long pile fabric. It can also be used to determine the pilling performance of wool fabrics under slight pressure. Not suitable for wool fabrics thicker than 3mm.

Working principle

1, the circular sample is placed on a grinding head, under specified pressure, and fixed to the grinding table standard wool fabric abrasive planar contact, according to Li Sharu ( LISSAJOUS ) trajectories ( two mutually perpendicular harmonic motion synthesis track ) for multiple directions of translational friction, until the sample grinding to the specified number, apparatus automatically stop running

3, the apparatus can also be used for reciprocating friction testing

■When the intermediate guide post arranged on the eccentric wheel 3, the other two guide posts arranged on the eccentric wheel 1, as the fabric warp pilling test;

Structure characteristics of the machine
