SOX406 Fat Analyzer

SOX406 Fat Analyzer is based on the Soxhlet extraction principle and integrates such functions as soaking, extraction, leaching, heating, condensation, and solvent recovery. It features sealed metal bath heating with automatic temperature control, ensuring uniform heating and safe operation; six samples can be tested at the same time, and optimal temperature can be selected according to the difference between reagent boiling point and ambient temperature to achieve quick analysis; reagents can also be recycled to reduce test cost; and soaking, extraction and solvent recovery can be done in one step. Therefore, this device is characterized by reasonable design, stable performance, good reproducibility, high accuracy, easy operation, saving time and effort, and so on.

The intelligent man-machine dialogue control system can display the set temperature, actual temperature, set time and heating time synchronously through rich interface content. The optimal temperature can be selected according to the difference of the boiling point of the reagent and the natural temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid determination.

SOX406 Soxhlet extractor has precise timing reminder function. The specially equipped alarm system will remind users through multiple alarm systems such as voice and LCD text prompts when over temperature occurs. The whole machine adopts unique anti-corrosion technology to effectively avoid the influence of the environment on the machine. The integrated metal bath heating module makes the temperature control range wider and effectively prolongs the life of the heating plate. The built-in professional PID temperature control system can make the temperature control accuracy less than 1℃.
