Product Description
The laser particle size analyzer is an instrument based on the principle of light scattering. It obtains particle size distribution data by measuring the scattering signals of particles on laser light and features high precision and rapid detection.
• Measuring range reaches to 3000μm.
• Large sample pool designed with Anti-particle aggregation and deposition.
• Automatic operation includes auto-judgement of optical path deviation and sample window contamination.
• Adjustable revolving speed, maximum to 5000 RPM.
• Intelligent software provides data analysis: differential distribution, cumulative distribution, standard
classification, volume distribution, area distribution, quantity distribution, R-R distribution, custom classification,
and item classification, with functions such as averaging, statistics, comparison, and pattern transformation.
• Test report: there are particle size distribution curves, detailed particle size data tables and user-defined
summary tables, and there are D3, D10, D50, D90, D97, D (1,0), D (3,2), D (4,3), span, peak particle size, specific surface area and other characteristic parameters, and there are multiple user-defined parameters that can be inputted as required; The weight specific surface area and volume specific surface area can be interchanged; It can save the granularity distribution graph and granularity data chart as pictures, and supports PDF, WORD and EXCEL report templates.
