The MP522 Precision pH/Conductivity Meter is a high-precision, benchtop dual-parameter electrochemical measuring instrument
essential for laboratories. Beyond general applications, it is more suitable for high-precision pH and conductivity measurements
in fields such as scientific research, quality control, biotechnology, fine chemical engineering, and acid-base titration. Relying
on its advanced digital processing technology, it consistently delivers fast, accurate, stable, and more precise measurement
results, and has won wide trust from users.


Features
It complies with GLP requirements in line with international standards, and is equipped with intelligent functions including automatic calibration, automatic temperature compensation, data storage, RS232 output, clock display, function setting, and self-diagnostic information.

It adopts digital filtering and slip technology to intelligently improve the instrument’s response speed and the accuracy of
measurement data, and displays a smiley face icon when the measured value is stable.

It automatically identifies 13 types of pH standard buffer solutions, with four series of standard buffer solutions available for selection: European and American series, NIST series, Chinese series, and customized solutions.

It supports setting two special pH measurement modes: high-purity water pH measurement mode and ammonia-added pure water pH measurement mode. For these two modes, in addition to the general slope temperature compensation, a solution temperature compensation function is added, which greatly improves measurement accuracy—making it particularly suitable for use in industries such as power and petrochemicals.

It features an EH redox potential measurement mode, which directly displays the ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) value relative to the standard hydrogen electrode (SHE) potential.

Adopting advanced automatic frequency conversion and automatic voltage regulation technologies, it extends the measurement range of the conductivity electrode with a cell constant K=1 by 10 times. Only one-point calibration is required to meet the measurement accuracy requirements within the range of 200 mS/cm, which is the unique one-point calibration function of this instrument.

It automatically identifies 8 types of conductivity standard solutions, with two series of standard solutions available for
selection: European and American series and Chinese series.

It automatically selects the conductivity measurement range. For high-purity water with a conductivity of less than 10 μS/cm, the instrument automatically performs non-linear temperature compensation testing, which significantly improves the measurement accuracy of high-purity water. It is particularly suitable for use in the power, microelectronics, and pharmaceutical industries.

It comes standard with the following electrodes: 201T-M plastic-housed pH/ATC (Automatic Temperature Compensation) three-in-one combined electrode, LabSen 211 glass pH combined electrode, 2401-M plastic-housed conductivity electrode, and MP500 temperature electrode.

The instrument meets the IP54 dust and splash protection rating, and all interfaces are sealed and protected by silicone caps.
