1.Solid-phase extraction (SPE) is a sample pretreatment technique that swiftly developed in recent years. SPE is convenient, safe and efficient; also its use level of organic solvent is small. SPE is used for sample separate, purification and concentration; compare with LLE, the SPE could increase the percent recovery, separate interfering component more efficiently and reduce the pretreatment time; also the operation is simpler, save more time and labour. SPE is widely used in the field of medicine, food, environment, commodity inspection chemical industry.
